摘 要:农村小学全科教师已成规模地扎根服务农村基础教育,有关其身份认同的问题随之而来。实现农村小学全科教师的身份认同,有利于促进其教师专业发展、提升农村教育质量。结合相关研究发现,农村小学全科教师的身份认同包括自我认同与社会认同,据此设计访谈提纲实施调查。借助扎根理论构建农村小学全科教师身份认同的分析框架,发现其对“农村教育”的不同情感分化出了扎根发展者与去留彷徨者,对“全科教学”的不同认知区分了一专多能者与各科全扛者,对“卓越发展”的不同行动产生了卓越追求者与政策观望者。对此,引领农村小学全科教师厚植乡土情怀,在改善农村教育环境的坚守中推动乡村教育振兴;理解应时之需,在优化农村课程教学的实施中确认全科教师身份;聚焦卓越发展,在提升农村师资质量的探索中引领小学教师未来。Rural general teachers have taken root to serve rural primary school on a large scale,and the problem of their identity has followed.to discuss the loss of rural general teachers’identity and.It is beneficial to promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of rural education realize the construction of rural general primary teachers’identity.Combined with relevant research,rural general teachers’identity includes self-identity and external identity.Based on this,the interview outline of rural general teachers’identity was designed and in-depth interview was carried out.By sing grounded theory,we built analysis framework of general teachers’identity,and found thethat with different emotion towards“rural education,there were taking root one and staying or going hesitating one”.Different cognitive interpretation of the“general teaching”distinguished the mastering many skills while specializing in one and person with all carry.Different action towards“development of excellence”telled apart pursuit of excellence from policy hesitater.Therefore,we should lead rural general teachers to cultivate local feelings and promote the revitalization of rural education while adhering to the improvement of rural education environment;to understand the needs of the time and interpret the identity of rural general teachers in the implementation of optimizing rural curriculum teaching;Focus on excellent development and lead primary school teachers’future in the pursuit of improving the quality of rural teachers.
