摘　　要：培养富有创新精神和能力的人才是新时代高等教育的首要任务。井冈山大学生物科学专业培养方案坚持落实立德树人根本任务,聚焦学生创新能力培养,以“理想信念坚定、专业知识扎实、实践能力过硬、创新意识突出”为人才培养目标,强化“精神引领、创新驱动、实践赋能”(三强化),建立了“红绿融合、学研融合、训赛融合”(三融合)的创新人才育人路径,构建了“井冈山精神+学、研、训、赛”的创新人才培养体系,取得了显著的人才培养效果和专业建设成效。创新人才培养成效和专业创新创业工作被新闻联播、朝闻天下、人民日报等新闻媒体广泛报道,产生了很好的社会影响和示范作用。Cultivating talents with innovative spirit and ability is the primary task of higher education in the new era.The biological science major of Jinggangshan University adheres to the fundamental task of strengthen moral education and cultivate people focusing on the cultivation of students'innovation ability.The major takes“firm ideals and beliefs,solid professional knowledge,excellent practical ability,outstanding sense of innovation”as the goal of talent training,strengthens“spiritual guidance,innovation drive,and practice empowerment”(three strengthening).An innovative talent education path of“red and green integration,learning and research integration,and training competitions integration”(three integrations)has been established,and an innovative talent training system of“Jinggangshan spirit+learning,research,training,and competition”has been built.Remarkable talent training and professional construction results have been achieved.The effectiveness of innovation talent training and professional innovation and entrepreneurship work have been widely reported by the CCTV News,Zhaowen Tianxia,People’s Daily and other media,which has produced a good social impact and demonstration effect.
