摘 要:以食品酶学课程为研究对象,探讨了如何实现以育人为目的的大学专业课教学。为了实现育人,激发大学教师内在的动力是首要任务,中华优秀传统文化是教师汲取力量的宝藏。为了实现育人还需要在思政元素的引入、创新创业与专业教育融合、新型教学理念和方法的实施等多方面入手,在多维度多层次同时改革,能够有效促进大学课堂教学效果提升,为实现马克思所述的教育的最终目的而不懈努力。This article takes the course of Food Enzymology as the research object,and discusses how to realize the teaching of university professional courses for the purpose of educating people.The author believes that in order to achieve education,stimulating the inner motivation of university teachers is the primary task,and the excellent traditional Chinese culture is a treasure for teachers to draw strength.In order to achieve education,it is necessary to start with the introduction of ideological and political elements,the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship and professional education,the implementation of new teaching concepts and methods,and simultaneous reforms in multiple dimensions and multiple levels can effectively promote the improvement of university classroom teaching effects.Make unremitting efforts to realize the ultimate goal of education mentioned by Marx.
