摘  要:使用因式分解法给出了两物种类群物种选择规则,即为其分子进化替代公式与推导公式总误差取最小值时目标函数一阶偏导数方程组的解,并证明了从计算出物种分歧时间与化石年龄一致的成功体系数据中总结出的公式是其中的一个解.该公式能极大地简化三物种类群体系和四物种类群体系物种选择规则的计算过程,在分子系统发育分析中有着重要作用.本文能帮助读者更好地理解和使用该公式.Solutions of the first-order differential equations of objective function to minimize the total error between replace equation and deduced equation of molecular evolution in two-clade system, also known as its species selection method, were deduced by using factorization method.We also proved that the equation derived from experimental data of evolutionary systems which successfully resolved divergence times agreed well with their fossil records actually is one of these solutions.This derived equation can largely simplify calculations of species selection method of three-clade evolutionary system and four-clade evolutionary systems, and is important in our molecular phylogenetic analysis.Our paper can help other researchers to better understand and use this derived equation.
