摘  要:以习近平总书记的“两创”理念为原点,以黎族絣染技艺传承为核心,通过对黎族絣染技艺传承现状的分析,引申出该传承在新时代文化语境和社会环境下的困境。故需以“两有”为前提基础,以“两相”为原则要求,在坚守“保护抢救”策略的前提下,推进“延续发展”道路,让传统立足新时代、与时代接轨,创设契合时代的传承模式、生产体系、研究方向等。在黎族原生文化基础上,发掘人文、艺术、学术经济价值,赋能黎族絣染技艺传承,激活其中华优秀传统文化属性,实现“两创”的目标与理想。Starting from the ideas of creative transformation and innovative development,“two innovations”,advocated by General Secretary Xi Jinping, this paper focuses on the inheritance of beng(meaning stretching in English) dyeing skills of the Li People. While analyzing the current situations of the inheritance of traditional dyeing skills, it draws forth the dilemma of this inheritance in the cultural and social contexts in the new era.Accordingly, with the two ideas as the premise, mingled with the mutual reciprocal principle, it is suggested to adhere to the strategy of protection and rescue, and promote the sustainable development, which will not only enable the tradition to be rooted in and integrated with the new era, but also create the mode of inheritance, the production system and the research direction that are compatible with the times. On the basis of the primitive culture of the Li People, the economic values in humanity, art and academics can be exploited,empowering the inheritance of beng dyeing skills among the Li ethnic group while activating the qualities of Chinese excellent traditional culture. Thus, the goals and ideals of creative transformation and innovative development can be realized.
