摘　　要：以性健康教育为例探讨基于OBE(outcome-based education)理念的课程思政的目标设计、内容建设、教学方法、实施过程、教学评价与教学成效.以OBE理念为指导,以产出为导向,确定课程目标,突出课程思政育人价值;以思政为核心,重构教学内容,让课程思政融入课程全内容;以学生为中心,创新混合式教学方法,让思政育人贯穿教学全环节;以评价为依据,实现持续改进,让思政育人效果持续提升.课程取得了显著成效,学生的思想意识、知识水平和能力水平明显提高;课程受益面逐年扩大,得到同行专家的肯定,为专业课程和通识课程融入思政教育提供借鉴.Taking sexual health education as an example, this article discusses the goal design, content construction, teaching method, implementation process, teaching evaluation and teaching effect of curriculum ideology and politics in light of Outcome-based Education(OBE) concept. This course is OBE-guided and output-oriented, with determined objectives, highlighting the value of ideological and political education. With ideological and political education as the core, the teaching content is reconstructed and the ideological and political education is integrated into the whole content of the course. The innovative blended teaching methods focus on students and carry ideological and political education through the whole teaching process. Based on evaluation, this course has realized continuous improvement and the effect of ideological and political education has been steadily enhanced. The course has achieved remarkable results, and the students’ ideological awareness, knowledge level and ability level have been significantly improved. The benefit of the course has been expanded year by year, which has been recognized by peer experts. This paper will provide reference for the infiltration of ideological and political education into professional courses and general education courses.
