摘  要:以马铃薯淀粉为基底膜,对面膜进行疏水化处理,以达到增强马铃薯淀粉膜的阻隔性及机械性能的目的。通过用蜂蜡对马铃薯淀粉膜表面进行疏水处理,使马铃薯淀粉膜具备疏水特性,试验表明蜂蜡的质量对膜的机械性能有较大影响,抗拉强度随蜂蜡量增大而减小,断裂伸长率随蜂蜡量增大而增大。蜂蜡质量对膜的耐热性有较大影响,膜的耐热性随蜂蜡质量的增大而降低。蜂蜡表面修饰后的马铃薯淀粉膜疏水层与马铃薯淀粉膜表面相容性较好。蜂蜡疏水处理能显著降低马铃薯淀粉膜表面能,从而使马铃薯淀粉膜具备疏水特性。Starch film was treated with beeswax coating and microwave grafting to enhance its barrier property and mechanical properties. The quadratic orthogonal rotational combination design method was used to design the experiment, and the regression model was established among potato starch addition amount, glycerol concentration, modification time, sodium alginate addition amount and TS. The influence of various factors on the experimental indexes was analyzed, and the film making process with the optimal shape memory performance was obtained. After low surface treatment, the membrane surface compatibility was better by scanning electron microscope. When the hanging wax amount of beeswax was 0.6 g, the water resistance of potato starch film with low surface energy was the best. The amount of beeswax coating had a great influence on the mechanical properties of the film, the tensile strength decreased with the increase of the amount of beeswax coating, and the elongation at break increased with the increase of the amount of beeswax coating. The effects of beeswax coating on the morphology and water resistance of potato starch film were studied by observing the structure of potato starch film with low surface energy electron microscope and measuring the surface contact Angle.
