住院医师规范化培训对临床本科医学生实习的影响

摘　　要：目的研究住院医师规范化培训制度对本科实习医师临床实习的影响。方法将2018年1月—2019年12月在胃肠外科实习的临床实习学生随机分成两组,试验组包括临床实习学生和住培医师,由临床带教医师同组带教,对照组只有临床实习学生,由临床带教医师单独带教,出科时对所有临床实习学生进行实习效果考核。结果在理论知识考核方面,两组学生考核成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在病历书写和病史采集项目上试验组的考核成绩更优,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在技能考核方面,对照组表现则要明显好于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院医师规范化培训对临床学生的实习有所影响,但也有裨益,并且试验组的带教模式获得绝大多数学生认可。Objective To study the impact of the standardized training system for residents on the clinical practice of undergraduate interns.Methods The clinical interns who practiced in gastrointestinal surgery from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group included clinical practice students and resident physicians,who were taught by the clinical instructor in the same group.The control group only had clinical practice students,who were taught by the clinical instructor alone.All clinical practice students were assessed on the practice effect at the time of graduation.Results There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of theoretical knowledge assessment(P>0.05).The experimental group performed better than the control group in terms of medical history collection and medical record writing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but in terms of skill assessment,the control group performed better than the experimental group,and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized training of resident physicians has an impact on the practice of clinical students,but it is also beneficial,and the teaching mode of the experimental group is recognized by most students,including students in the experimental group and the control group.
