摘 要:目的评价微信辅助以问题为基础的学习(PBL)结合以案例为基础的学习(CBL)教学模式在本科生内分泌课间实习中的应用效果。方法选择2021年3月—2021年5月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院内分泌课间实习的本科生102名,分为实验组1、实验组2和对照组,每组34人。实验组1采用微信辅助PBL教学法,实验组2采用微信辅助PBL结合CBL混合式教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,比较3组学生理论、实践能力评分及对教学模式的满意度。结果实验组1、实验组2的学生相较于对照组在理论、实践能力及教学满意度方面评价均显著提高(P<0.05);实验组2较实验组1更优(P<0.05)。结论在本科生内分泌科的课间实习中,微信辅助PBL结合CBL混合式教学法有助于提高学生的学习成绩、兴趣,提高教学效果。Objective To evaluate the application effect of WeChat assisted problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching mode in undergraduate endocrinology recess internship.Methods A total of 102 undergraduate students who interned in endocrinology in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from March to May 2021 were selected and divided into experimental group 1,experimental group 2 and control group,with 34 students in each group.The experimental group 1 used WeChat assisted PBL teaching method,the experimental group 2 used WeChat assisted PBL combined with CBL mixed teaching method,and the control group used traditional teaching method based on teacher teaching.The scores of theoretical and practical ability and the satisfaction of the teaching mode of the three groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the students in experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 were significantly improved in theoretical knowledge,practical skills and teaching satisfaction(P<0.05).The experimental group 2 was better than experimental group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion In the practice of undergraduate endocrinology,WeChat assisted PBL and CBL mixed teaching method can improve students’learning performance and interest,and the teaching effect is significant.
