摘  要:随着互联网和信息技术的普及,虚拟公共领域生成并快速更迭发展,这改变了个体间交流互动的场域及关系,使得身处虚拟公共领域之中的公民转变成为具有个体现实性与虚拟性、数字化主体性与公共性、权利与义务相统一等特征的网络公民。然而因个体受制于现实物理世界与虚拟公共领域交错的局面,其所具有的盲目性、非在场性、受制控性及疏离性,使之极易陷入缺乏客观理性思考、弃置个体言行责任、经受算法塑造操纵、道德情感淡漠等困境。推进虚拟公共领域良好有序发展,需要运用多措并举的教育手段,实现网络公民理性意识、参与责任、数字素养、道德伦理等方面的提升。With the popularization of the Internet and information technology,the virtual public domain has been generated and developed rapidly.This has changed the field relationship of communication and interaction between individuals,and it has also transformed the“citizen”in the virtual public domain from its traditional political identity into the“cybercitizen”with characteristics such as a form of individual reality and virtuality,digital subjectivity and publicity,the unity of rights and obligations.However,due to the dislocation of the individual’s“presence”in the physical society and the“absence”in the virtual public sphere,the blindness,non-presence,controlled and alienated nature of cybercitizens make it extremely easy for them to fall into such disqualification dilemmas as the lack of objective and rational thinking,the abandoning of personal responsibility for words and deeds,being subjected to algorithm shaping and manipulation,and the moral and emotional indifference.In view of this,it is urgent to use multiple measures of education to improve the rational awareness,participation responsibility,digital literacy,morality and ethics of cybercitizens,and then promote the sound and orderly development of the virtual public sphere.
