摘  要:加速是现代社会的显著特征。从加速社会视域下审视教学活动,进一步反思教学生活、教学进度、教学过程与教学管理的加速现象,发现加速教学与教学目标、教学质量、学生认知发展规律、教学关系之间存在一定的矛盾与张力。解决这些矛盾重建教学的策略主要在于:落实“双减”政策,优化教学时间结构,给予师生一定的自由时间;教学速度与学生身心发展规律相一致;加速与放慢教学节奏辩证统一;建构教师、学生、课程与环境之间的良好关系,提高教学质量。Acceleration is a prominent feature of modern society.If we review teaching activities and reflect on the phenomenon of acceleration in school life,teaching progress,teaching process and teaching management from the perspective of accelerating society,we willfind there exist the contradictions and extensions between the acceleration of teaching activities and the teaching objectives,teaching quality,law of students'cognitive development,and teaching relations.To solve these contradictions,the strategies of reconstructing teaching mainly include:implementing the"double reduction"policy,optimizing the teaching time structure,and giving free time to teachers and students;bringing the teaching speed into accordance with the law of students'physical and mental development;realizing the dialectical unity of acceleration and slowing down of teaching rhythm;and constructing a good relationship among teachers,students,curriculum and environment.
