摘　　要：鉴于至今创新生态系统的知识共享仍未取得满意效果,为促进开放式创新系统构建、助推产业经济高质量发展,基于知识基础理论,针对创新生态系统知识治理的代表性成果,运用文献综述法进行总结梳理与分析述评。结果发现:创新生态系统知识治理的概念从内涵结构观、过程观到战略观具有拓展趋势,而现有理论滞后于实践,且相关研究仍处于起步阶段;主要以生态系统节点、生态系统节点关系和生态系统整体形态为治理结构研究对象;治理机制研究盛行,主要包含正式知识治理机制、非正式知识治理机制与混合知识治理机制;治理绩效评价指标未取得一致,大多突出治理机制或治理结构对某一具体知识活动过程的治理效果。最后总结提出创新生态系统知识治理研究是一个锚定知识治理目标,以概念内涵为基础,围绕治理结构、治理机制的类型构成、功能特征、选择匹配与形成演化等内容探究知识治理绩效内在影响机理的研究体系,并相应地提出未来研究的五大方向,即需在更为多样化的应用场景下加大治理结构、治理机制以及匹配模式的研究力度,丰富知识治理绩效的评价方法、影响因素、内在机理等研究内容,并结合创新生态系统的阶段性演进特征推进知识治理的动态研究。In view of the fact that knowledge sharing in the innovation ecosystem has not achieved satisfactory results so far,literature review method based on the knowledge-based theory is used to summarize and analyze the representative achievements of knowledge governance in the innovation ecosystem,in order to promote the construction of open innovation system and boost the high-quality development of industrial economy.The results show that the concept of knowledge governance in the innovation ecosystem has a tendency to expand from the connotation structure view,the process view to the strategic view,but the existing theories lag behind the practice,and the related research is still in the initial stage;the research object of governance structure is mainly about ecosystem node,ecosystem node relationship and the overall form of ecosystem;studies on governance mechanism are prevalent,including formal knowledge governance mechanism,informal knowledge governance mechanism and mixed knowledge governance mechanism;there is no agreement on the evaluation indicators of governance performance,most of which highlight the governance effect of governance mechanism or governance structure on a specific knowledge activity process.Finally,it is concluded that the research on knowledge governance in the innovation ecosystem is a research system that anchors knowledge governance objectives and explores the internal influence mechanism of knowledge governance performance based on the conceptual connotation,centering on the governance structure,the type composition,functional characteristics,selection,matching,formation and evolution of governance mechanism,etc.Further,five directions for future research are proposed accordingly.In other words,it is necessary to strengthen the research on governance structure,governance mechanism and matching mode under more diversified application scenarios,enrich the research content of evaluation methods,influencing factors and internal mechanism of knowledge governance performance,and promote the
