摘　　要：目的 对岗位胜任力为导向的放射肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)体系进行探索与实践。方法 通过介绍和回顾南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院放射肿瘤科专业基地对住院医师进行多视角的入科教育、多元化的教学、多学科的培养、多维度的培训等,全面阐述了一套基于岗位胜任力为导向的放射肿瘤科住培培训体系。结果 培训体系实施4个多月来,住院医师的学习效率得到明显提高,同时得到广大住院医师的认可。结论 基于岗位胜任力为导向的多元化培训体系设计合理,可操作性强,易于推广。Objective To explore the practice of post competence-oriented training system of our radiotherapy residency training base.Methods Through introducing and reviewing the radiotherapy residency training base of Drum Tower Hospital affiliated to Nanjing University Medical School,the author comprehensively expounded a set of radiotherapy residency training system based on post competency.Results Since the implementation of the training system for more than 4 months,the learning efficiency of residents had been significantly improved,and had been recognized by the majority of residents.Conclusion The pluralistic training system based on post competency is reasonable in design,operable and easy to be popularized.
