急诊科住院医师规范化培训的实践与体会

摘　　要：目的探讨如何提升急诊科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)质量。方法急诊科住院医师在临床轮转培训过程中暴露出诸多问题,如师资积极性不高、水平参差不齐,住院医师学习积极性低、应试能力不足等,导致住培质量不高。针对上述问题,本基地从提高师资水平、改善过程管理及加强质量控制这三方面着手,以便提高急诊科住培质量。结果近3年住院医师首次参加住培结业理论考核通过率均位于全国前5%,2020年全国住培年度业务水平测试成绩为急诊科专业全国第9名、全省第2名。2020年获省级优秀住院医师荣誉及省级优秀带教老师荣誉,近3年3次获省级和(或)国家级“优秀住培专业基地主任”荣誉。2021年成为急诊科住培重点专业基地。近3年住院医师发表论文9篇。结论住培基地通过提高师资水平、改善过程管理及加强质量控制,可以更好地提升急诊科住培质量。Objective To explore how to improve the standardized training quality of emergency medicine residents.Methods During the clinical rotation training of emergency medicine residents,many problems were exposed,such as low enthusiasm of teachers,uneven levels,low enthusiasm of residents to study,and insufficient test-taking ability,which led to the low quality of residency training.In response to the above problems,the base started from three aspects:improving the level of teachers,improving process management and strengthening quality control,in order to improve the quality of standardized training for residents in emergency medicine.Results The pass rate of residents who participated in the theoretical assessment of residency training for the first time in the past three years was among the top 5%in the country.In the past 3 years,resident physicians had published 9 papers.In 2020,an emergency medicine resident was awarded the honor of Provincial Excellent Training Resident Physician and a teacher was awarded the honor of Provincial Excellent Teaching Teacher.In the past 3 years,a teacher had been awarded the honor of provincial and/or national"Excellent Residential Training Professional Base Director"three times.In 2021,the Emergency Medicine Department became a key professional base for standardized training of emergency medicine residents.Conclusion By improving the level of teachers,improving process management and strengthening quality control,the residency training base can better improve the quality of standardized training of emergency medicine residents.
