摘　　要：评价文化建设是新时代教育评价改革的重要内容。评价文化是教育评价领域所展现的带有稳定性并被集体共同认知的文化心理,其核心是价值取向。与评价制度、评价活动相比,我国教育评价文化建设的价值意蕴体现在学校回归育人本位、政府推进评价改革、社会群体凝聚共识等方面。我国当前评价文化建设面临人的价值异化、量化思维固化、教育场域僵化、行政主义泛化、社会环境滞化等多重困境。因此,要从观念层、实践层、制度层、环境层等多角度破解评价文化的发展困境,为新时代教育评价改革提供宽松和谐的软环境。The construction of evaluation culture is an important part of educational evaluation reform in the new era.Evaluation culture is a stable and collectively recognized cultural psychology displayed in the field of education evaluation,and its core is value orientation.Compared with the evaluation system and evaluation activities,the value implication of the construction of education evaluation culture in China is reflected in the return of schools to the education standard,the promotion of evaluation reform by the government,and the consensus building of social groups.At present,the construction of evaluation culture in China is faced with multiple problems,such as the alienation of human value,the solidification of quantitative thinking,the rigidity of educational field,the generalization of administration,and the stagnation of social environment.Therefore,we should solve the development dilemma of evaluation culture from the perspective of concept,practice,system,and environment,and provide a relaxed and harmonious soft environment for education evaluation reforms of in the new era.
