摘　　要：高校一直以来都承担着培养人才的重要责任,需要根据社会对于人才的需求,不断调整自身培养方案,确保人才能够在社会上更有竞争力。传统的教育模式已经很难适应当下的情况,高校教师要根据社会发展的趋势以及学生发展的实际需求,对当下人才培养模式进行创新。高校舞蹈表演人才也需要获得更有针对性的培养,这就对学校以及教师都提出了更高的要求,因此,有必要明确需要实现的基本目标,并为之规划更加合理的培养方案,让舞蹈表演人才更加适应社会的变化。Colleges and universities have always shouldered the important responsibility of cultivating talents.They need to constantly adjust their own training programs according to the needs of the society for talents to ensure that talents can be more competitive in the society. At this time, the traditional education model has been difficult to adapt to the current situation, and college teachers must innovate the current talent training model based on social development and the actual needs of student development. College dance performers also need more targeted training, which puts forward higher requirements for schools and teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the basic goals that need to be achieved in the current training of college dance performers, and to establish a more reasonable training plan, so that dance performers can better adapt to social changes.
