摘　　要：本文以广州市居民生活垃圾分类公示语为调研对象,分析该市相关公示语的词汇和句法特征及其英译;反映出城市居民生活垃圾分类公示语英译的不足:拼写印刷错误、译文不统一、不完整、中式英语,从生态翻译学三维转换的角度提出针对该类公示语的英译策略,以期能为促进城市生态文明建设提供镜鉴。Based on the survey of citizens’household waste sorting public signs in Guangzhou,this article studied the lexical and syntactic features of household waste sorting public signs and their translations.Moreover,analyzing the problems in the translation of the household waste sorting public signs,namely,typo or misspelling,lacking of unity or integrity and Chinglish,tentative translation strategies from a perspective of eco-translation theory were proposed for citizens’domestic waste sorting public signs in the hope of boosting household waste sorting project and promoting the development of cities’ecological civilization.
