摘 要:[目的]探索裸藻作为绿色食品添加剂的可行性,提高其利用价值。[方法]通过查阅相关文献对裸藻营养成分及其相应功能进行分析,并与其他藻类做比较。[结果]裸藻是一种单细胞淡水藻类,它能合成多种化合物如维生素、矿物质、氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸等,可以全面补充人体所需要的营养物质。[结论]裸藻更加适合作为膳食补充食品。[Objectives] With the gradual improvement of people’s attention to food health and safety,people are more and more interested in green and healthy food. Using microalgae to develop healthy food has become a new way. In order to explore the feasibility of using microalgae as a green food additive and improves its utilization value. [Methods] Through the analysis of the nutrient composition and the corresponding functions of Euglena, and compared with other algae.[Results] Euglena is more suitable for dietary supplement. [Conclusions] Euglena is a kind of single-cell freshwater algae. It can synthesize a variety of compounds, such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, unsaturated fatty acids, etc., and can fully supplement the nutrients needed for the human body.
