摘 要:《茶叶生物化学实验》是茶学专业一门重要的专业基础课,也是茶叶生物化学理论教学的重要环节。根据一流本科课程建设的要求,贯穿以“学生中心”、“产出导向”和“目标导向”等现代教育教学理念,通过教学理念的转变,课程目标的提升,教学内容的优化,教学方法的改革以及多元化课程考核体系的完善等措施进行“茶叶生物化学实验”一流课程建设和实践,旨在打造“茶叶生物化学实验”一流本科课程,提高人才培养质量。实践表明一流课程建设进一步提高了学生的专业素养和创新能力。Tea biochemistry experiment is a key compulsory course for tea majors and also an important part of Tea Biochemistry teaching. According to the requirements of the construction of first-class undergraduate courses and modern education and teaching concepts of "student-centered", "output-oriented" and "goaloriented",the construction and practice of first-class course of "Tea biochemistry experiment" was carried out by changing teaching concepts,improving course objectives,optimizing teaching content,innovating teaching methods and completing diversified course assessment system. Its aims are to enhance the teaching effect,ameliorate the talent-training quality and create first-class undergraduate course of "Tea biochemistry experiment". The results showed that the construction of first-class undergraduate courses further improved students’ professional acco mplishment and innovation ability.
