摘  要:目的为解决临床带教工作中存在的问题,重点分析参与式教学方法在呼吸内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年10月在郑州市第一人民医院呼吸内科进行住院医师规范化培训的60名医生,按照随机原则抽签分为试验组和传统组,其中试验组(30例)接受参与式教学方法,传统组(30例)接受传统临床教学方式。对比两组出科考试成绩、规培医师教学效果评价及教学满意度。结果试验组理论考试、病例分析、基本操作分数及总分均高于传统组(P<0.05);试验组掌握理论知识及基本操作技术方面、增强临床思维能力、提高自学能力、增加学习兴趣及提高师生沟通能力评分高于传统组(P<0.05);试验组教学满意度高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论参与式教学方法应用于呼吸内科住院医师规范化培训中,可增强规培医师的理论知识体系,提高临床技能水平与思维能力,改善教学满意度。Objective Analysed the application of participatory teaching method in the standardized training of residents in Respiratory Medicine,and to slove the problem in the clinic teaching work.Methods A total of 60 examples of the resident physicians trained in the Respiratory Medicine of the First People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by drawing lots according to the principle of randomness,and the experimental group(30 cases)were trained with participatory teaching methods,and the traditonal group(30 cases)were trained with traditional training methods of clinic practice.The test scores,the training results and the teaching satisfaction degree of these two groups were compared and analysed.Results The scores of theoretial study,cases analysis and basic operations,and total scores of these scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).The scores of the basic knowledge mastery,the improvement of clinic ability of thinking,the culivation of self-study ability,the inspiration of learning interest,and the communication skills between teachers and students of the experimental group were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).The score of the teaching satisfaction degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of participatory teaching method in the standardized training of residents in Respiratory Medicine has reinforced the theoretical knowledge system of the resident physicians,raised their clinic technial skills and ability of thinking,and improved the teaching satisfaction degree.
