摘　　要：建设“金课”是新时代高校教育改革的重要主题。在新工科建设背景下,自动控制原理作为自动化专业的核心基础课程,需要及时进行教学改革,提升课程的高阶性、创新性和挑战度,以适应新工科工程人才培养需求。江南大学自动控制原理课题组以学生为中心,以产出为导向,从课程目标、教学内容、教学模式与方法和考核评价等方面进行一系列改革,提升教学质量,使学生在获得知识的同时,提升创新思维和工程实践能力。"Golden Course" development is a main subject of the high education reform in the new era. Under the background of constructing the new engineering, as a core basic course in Automation Major, the "Automatic Control Principle" course requires to be reformed to meet the needs of intellectual cultivation for new engineering with higher order, more creative and challenging. The teaching group in Jiangnan University practiced the student-centered and outcome-based teaching mode, and performed a practical exploration on the reform from lesson objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods,assessment and evaluation, aiming at enabling students to obtain knowledge and promoting their abilities of innovative thinking and engineering practice.
