家庭亲密度对中职生心理幸福感的影响:心理韧性与生命意义的作用

摘　　要：为探究中职生家庭亲密度对其心理幸福感的影响及心理韧性和生命意义在该关系中的链式中介作用,采用问卷对3 965名中职生的家庭亲密度、心理韧性、生命意义和心理幸福感进行测量,研究发现:家庭亲密度不仅能显著正向影响心理幸福感,还能通过心理韧性和生命意义的单独中介作用正向预测心理幸福感;同时,心理韧性和生命意义还能在家庭亲密度与心理幸福感的关系中起链式中介作用.In order to explore the effect of family intimacy of secondary vocational students on their psychological well-being and the chain mediating role of psychological toughness and life meaning in this relationship, a questionnaire was used to investigate the family intimacy, psychological toughness, life meaning of 3 965 secondary vocational students. To measure psychological well-being, the study found that family intimacy not only significantly positively affects psychological well-being, but also positively predicts psychological well-being through the independent mediating effects of psychological toughness and life meaning. It plays a chain mediating role in the relationship between family intimacy and psychological well-being.
