摘　　要：自动化立体仓库实训装置运动功能主要通过PLC控制器、步进驱动器、执行器步进电机来实现,它们的控制方式符合“运动控制技术”课程中的开环控制特点。因此,以自动化立体仓库为载体开发出适合学生使用的项目任务书,学生通过完成项目任务,逐步认识运动控制中步进开环控制的意义,达到学习“运动控制技术”课程的目的。The movement function of the training device of the automated storage/retrieval system(AS/RS)is mainly realized by PLC controller,stepping driver and actuator stepping motor.Their control mode conforms to the open-loop control characteristics in the course of motion control technology.Therefore,the project task book suitable for students is developed with AS/RS as the carrier.By completing the project tasks,students gradually understand the significance of step-by-step open-loop control in motion control,so as to achieve the purpose of learning the course"motion control technology".
