摘 要:TEACH-NOW是美国为建立世界领先的教师培养体系、争夺全球教师教育市场推出的一种教师网络在线培养模式,以该系统为实施平台的TEACH-NOW教育研究生院已成为美国近十年来发展最快的教育研究生院之一。为探讨这一模式对在职教师继续教育领域的改革情况,文章采用文献法、比较法和综合分析法,对该模式从2019年开始设立的面向在职教师职后培训——教师专业发展项目进行了系统研究,通过分析该模式的创建背景、基本架构、入学要求、学习方式、特征及实施效果,提出在职教师继续教育系统是在美国教师教育整体走向实践取向的大背景下构建的,与职前课程保持密切的关联,体现了以下几个方面的特点:一是模块化课程及其弹性设置;二是以网络技术和新的教学组织方式为基础;三是将实践取向作为课程设计的重要原则;四是寻求教学机理和原则的普遍立场;五是将个人自主学习与团队合作结合起来。TEACH-NOW is an online teacher training model launched by the United States to establish a world leading teacher training system and compete for the global teacher education market.TEACH-NOW Education Graduate School,with the system as the implementation platform,has become one of the fastest developing education graduate schools in the United States in the past decade.To explore the reform of this model in the field of in-service teachers’continuing education,this paper uses the methods of literature,comparison and comprehensive analysis to conduct a systematic study of the in-service teachers training of this mode-teacher professional development project,which was established in 2019.By analyzing the background,basic structure,entrance requirements,learning style,characteristics and implementation effect of this model,it points out that the continuing education system for in-service teachers is constructed under the background of the overall orientation of teacher education in United States,which is closely related to the pre-service curriculum and reflects the following characteristics:Firstly,modular curriculum and its flexible setting;secondly,based on network technology and new teaching organization mode;thirdly,taking the practice orientation should be regarded as an important principle of curriculum design;fourthly,it seeks the general position of teaching mechanism and principle;fifthly,it combines individual independent learning with team cooperation.
