摘  要:为了促进对学生科研创新能力的培养,以临床医学问题为出发点,设计了综合性、探究性、半自主性肿瘤细胞生物学实验。采用线上线下混合式教学的形式,引导鼓励学生自主设计实验方案并实施实验。对学生实验结果和期末成绩的评估以及问卷调查的结果显示,学生能按照实验设计获得相应的实验结果,达成实验目标。学生认可该实验内容及设计,描述该实验时所用词频最高的3个词为“有趣”“实用”和“挑战性”。对照组和实验组学生的课程期末考试成绩没有显著差异,但对于平均绩点大于或等于4.5的实验组学生在细胞学与生物化学课程期末考试中的得分显著高于对照组学生。综上,该实验设计具有可行性、吸引力和创新性,可提高学生科研创新能力。To cultivate students’scientific research and innovation ability,we designed a comprehensive,exploratory,semi-autonomous experiment“Tumor Cell Biology”,adopted the form of online and offline mixed teaching.The experiment can encourage students to design and implement experiments independently.The teaching effect was evaluated by the students’experimental results,questionnaire survey and final exam score.The results show that the students can achieve the experimental goal according to the experimental design.The students approved the content and design of the experiment,and the three words with the highest frequency when describing the experiment were“interesting”,“practical”and“challenging”.There was no significant difference in the final exam scores between the control group and the experimental group.Students in the experimental group who had a 4.5 Grade-Point Average(GPA)or higher in prior courses scored significantly higher than their control counterparts on the cytology and biochemistry course final exam.In conclusion,the experimental design is feasible,attractive and innovative,which improves students’scientific research innovation ability.
