摘 要:针对啤酒发酵过程中温度控制存在的时滞性问题,设计一种基于PLC的啤酒发酵温度模糊PID控制系统。通过模糊推理技术与传统PID控制相结合,设计温度控制系统结构,对PID的参数进行实时整定,以适应啤酒发酵过程中各时变因素对控制参数的影响;并对温度控制中的关键流程进行设计,对系统的控制效果进行仿真分析。试验结果表明,在整个发酵过程中,实际控温与设定温度的最大误差仅为0.4℃,整体控制精度达到95%以上。研究为啤酒发酵温度的精准控制提供参考。For the time-delay problem of temperature control in beer fermentation process,a fuzzy PID control system of beer fermentation temperature based on PLC was designed.Firstly,the temperature control system structure was designed through combination of fuzzy reasoning technology with the traditional PID control to adjust the PID parameters in real time,so as to adapt to the influence of time-varying factors on the control parameters in the process of beer fermentation.Then,the key process of temperature control was designed,and the control effect of the system was simulated and analyzed.The test results show that the maximum error between the actual control temperature and the set temperature of the system in the whole fermentation process is only 0.4 ℃,and the overall control accuracy reaches more than 95%. The study can provide reference for precise control of beer fermentation temperature.
