浅谈新课改背景下生物师范生教学能力的培养

摘　　要：师范生技能的培养一直是高等师范院校的热点话题,本文分析了两所高校师范生的培养方案,调研生物师范生教学能力现状,并在此基础上提出一些适合新课改背景下的生物师范生教学能力培养建议,对生物师范生培养具有一定的指导意义。The cultivation of normal college students’skills has always been a hot topic in the higher normal colleges and universities.This article analyzes two normal colleges students’training scheme and researches on the current situation of biology normal college students’teaching ability.Based on this,this article advances some training advice on biology normal college students’teaching ability under the background of new curriculum reform,giving a certain guiding significance to the cultivation.
