摘  要:我国古代艺徒制是古代培养职业技能并实现工艺技术传承的一种教育制度。古代手工业的发展、官方的主导、教本的编制和技艺考评等是古代艺徒制持续发展的逻辑构成。古代艺徒制蕴含着深邃的职业教育思想,体现了就业谋生与社会需求相统一的教育价值,强调了“崇术致用”的教育理念,突出了产学一体的培养模式,孕育了社会化培养的教育形式,彰显了言传身教的职业伦理,对于创新中国特色现代学徒制具有积极的借鉴意义。The ancient apprenticeship in China is an educational system for the training of professional skills and the realization of technical inheritance. The ancient handicraft industry development, the official dominance, the compilation of teaching books and the appraisal of skills are the logical components of the sustainable development of the ancient apprenticeship. The ancient apprenticeship system contains a profound vocational education thought. It embodies the educational value of seeking employment for a living and social needs, emphasizes the educational concept of "admiring the use of technology", highlights the training mode of the integration of production and learning, nurtures the educational form of socialized training, and shows the professional ethics of teaching by examples and words, which has positive reference significance for the innovation of modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics.
