摘  要:随着职业教育的迅猛发展,中国已经形成了世界规模最大的职业教育体系。在这个体系中,高职院校起着引领的作用,同时高职院校教师的专业化发展水平也日益引起了社会的广泛关注。从西部地区高职院校教师专业发展现状来看,普遍存在着专业发展个人意识不强、专业实践教学能力缺乏、教学研究动机缺失、教师专业培训活动形式主义严重等问题。基于创新理念,围绕西部高职院校教师专业发展中存在的实质问题,提出应对策略:制定基于激励机制的人才管理制度;立足实践教学,打造标志性教学成果;积极探索以教学为中心的科研管理机制;充分发挥教师发展中心的优势作用;打造基于专业背景的教学团队。With the rapid development of vocational education, China has formed the largest vocational education system in the world, in which, higher vocational colleges play a leading role. At the same time, the professional development level of teachers in higher vocational colleges has increasingly aroused widespread concern in society. From the perspective of the current situation of professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges in western China, there are many problems, such as weak personal professional development awareness, lack of practice in professional teaching ability, lack of inquiry motivation in teaching research, and serious formalism in teachers’ professional training activities. Based on the innovative idea, this paper puts forward some countermeasures around the substantive problems existing in the professional development of teachers in western higher vocational colleges: formulating a talent management system based on incentive mechanism;creating landmark teaching achievements based on practically teaching;actively exploring the scientific research management mechanism based on the teaching center;giving full play to the dominant role of teacher development center;building professional teaching teams based on professional background.
