摘  要:针对高校人才招聘工作中产生的模式陈旧、评价标准欠缺、应聘信息复杂、人岗匹配度低等问题,文章基于新时期高校人才招聘的新特点,讨论新时期高校人才招聘的影响因素,根据现有高校人才招聘的问题对其原因进行分析,并在此基础上提出新时期高校人才招聘工作的路径。高校应分别从招聘、选择、录用、考核评价四个角度提高人才招聘的能力,并通过聘用高素质的人才,提高人才培养的质量。In view of the problems arising from the recruitment of talents in colleges and universities,such as outdated models,lack of evaluation standards,complex application information,and low personnel post matching,this paper discusses the influencing factors of the recruitment of talents in colleges and universities in the new era based on the new characteristics of the recruitment of talents in colleges and universities in the new era,analyzes the reasons for the existing problems in the recruitment of talents in colleges and universities,and puts forward the path exploration of the recruitment of talents in colleges and universities in the new era on this basis.Colleges and universities should improve the ability of talent recruitment from the four perspectives of recruitment,selection,employment,assessment and evaluation,and improve the quality of talent training by employing high-quality talents.
