摘 要:美国学者帕克·帕尔默致力于探究教师内在精神世界,为教师专业发展提供了新的角度。帕尔默教师观的主要内容是:寻求教师“真我”,直面内心恐惧,回归潜藏整体,开创实践求真共同体。其中蕴含着丰富的教师自主发展理念,对当前我国教师自主专业发展路径的探索具有理论启示和实践参考价值。为了更好地实现自主发展,教师应当从自身认同与完整出发,培育注重心灵的教学理念,探寻契合“真我”的教学方法,创设师生共学的教学空间,建构心灵共鸣的同事共同体。American scholar Parker·Palmer devotes himself to exploring the inner spiritual world of teachers,providing a new perspective for teachers'professional development.The main content of Palmer's view on teachers is to seek teachers'"true self",face their inner fears,return to the hidden whole,and create a community of practice and truth.It contains rich ideas of teachers'independent development,which has theoretical enlightenment and practical reference value for the current exploration of the path of teachers'independent professional development in China.In order to better realize independent development,teachers should start from their own identity and integrity,cultivate the teaching concept that focuses on the soul,explore the teaching methods that fit the"true self",create a teaching space for teachers and students to learn together,and build a community of colleagues that resonates with the soul.
