农村中小学英语衔接教学模式探究

摘  要:教学衔接工作可避免学生在新的学习阶段出现断层,也可让教师的课程教学不脱轨,从整体上获得更佳的教学效果。在农村地区学校,受师资力量薄弱等因素的制约,中小学英语衔接出现一些问题。文章简要分析农村中小学英语衔接教学的意义、存在的问题,着重提出完善衔接教学模式的对策:加强农村学校师资力量建设,完善基础教学设施;做好教学衔接,合理安排课程;培养良好学习习惯,提升学生主动学习意识;抓住教学侧重点,建构多元化教学模式。这样,能使农村中小学英语衔接教学模式更加成熟,真正起到提高学生英语学习效率的作用。The work of teaching connection can avoid the students'fault in the new learning stage,and also can help teachers'curriculum teaching not derail,so as to obtain better teaching effect on the whole.In schools in rural areas,there are some problems in the connection of English between primary and secondary schools due to the weak teaching force of teachers and other factors.This paper briefly analyzes the significance and problems of English cohesive teaching in rural primary and secondary schools,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the cohesive teaching mode:strengthen the construction of teachers in rural schools,and improve the basic teaching facilities;do a good job in teaching connection and arrange courses reasonably;cultivate students'good learning habits and enhance students'awareness of active learning;we should focus on teaching and construct a diversified teaching model,so as to make the rural primary and secondary school English teaching model more mature,and really play a role in improving students'English learning efficiency.
