摘  要:为有效提高拉条机的自动化程度,采用机器视觉技术改造多片锯拉条机,设计出一款基于机器视觉的智能化木板拉条机。通过摄像头采集待加工的木板图片;使用OpenCV对木板图片进行预处理,提取木板边缘,计算木板可裁切的宽度;通过嵌入式设备送入相应的裁切通道拉条。结果表明,人工操作和基于机器视觉的拉条机每5 h的平均裁板数分别为2735和3378块,平均正确拉条率分别为89.36%和99.95%。基于机器视觉的拉条机速度与出材率均高于人工操作。In order to effectively improve automation of slitting machine,multi-blade saw slitting machine was transformed with machine vision technology,and intelligent wood board slitting machine based on machine vi⁃sion was designed.Pictures of wood boards were collected by cameras,and wood board edges were extracted af⁃ter preprocessing wood board images by OpenCV.After calculating cutting widths of wood boards,wood boards were sent to corresponding slitting channels through embedded device.Results showed that average numbers of manual operation and slitting machine based on machine vision per 5 hours were 2735 and 3378,respectively,and correct slitting rates were 89.36%and 99.95%.Speed of slitting machine based on machine vision was higher than that of manual operation.
