摘  要:Dear Editor,Alzheimer's disease(AD)is one of the most devastating neurodegenerative disorders and the most common form of dementia.Synaptic loss is a hallmark of AD pathology and exacerbates cognitive impairment[1].Synaptic loss,unlike neuronal loss,is reversible due to the highly dynamic properties of synapses.
