摘　　要：“现代学徒制”人才培养模式是我国职业教育创新改革的重要课题,对于破解校企合作难题,培养适应行业发展和企业需求的高素质技术技能人才意义重大。经过现代物流管理专业依托试点项目的探索与实践,形成了包括合作企业选择、人才培养标准、课程与实践教学体系、过程监控与效果评价、参与师生的激励保障等“五双四段”现代学徒制人才培养模式制度体系,具有一定创新性、有效性和现实可行性。The talent training mode of"modern apprenticeship system"is an important topic in the innovation and reform of Vocational Education in China.It is of great significance to solve the problems of school enterprise cooperation and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who meet the needs of industry development and enterprises.Relying on the pilot project,the modern logistics management major of Shaanxi Youth Vocational College has systematically designed,arranged and comprehensively implemented the modern apprenticeship talent training mode,achieved remarkable results,and obtained the experience summary of common problems in the selection of cooperative enterprises,talent training standards,process monitoring and effect evaluation,participation in the incentive and guarantee of teachers and students,etc.
