摘 要:善于价值引领、善于学科指导、善于心理关照是好教师基本素养在教育教学实践中的具体表现,同时也是好教师在日常的教育教学活动中实现教育教学成果生成的关键能力。基于学生成长立场来看,善于价值引领主要满足的是学生成人过程中的需要;善于学科指导主要满足的是学生成才过程中的需要;善于心理关照主要满足的是学生学习过程中的需要。学生的成人、成才以及学习的需要,必须贯穿于日常的教育教学活动的始终,成为每一位好教师都应该关注,并为之孜孜不倦地探索和实践的核心课题。Being good at value guidance, subject guidance and psychological care is the concrete expression of good teachers’ basic qualities in education and teaching practice, and also the key ability for good teachers to realize the generation of education and teaching achievements in daily education and teaching activities. From the perspective of students’ growth, being good at value guidance mainly meets the needs of students in the process of being adults;being good at subject guidance mainly meets the needs of students in the process of becoming talents;being good at psychological care mainly meets the needs of students in the learning process. The needs of students to be adults, talents and for learning must run through the daily education and teaching activities, and it must be a core topic that should be payed attention to, explored and practiced tirelessly for every good teachers.
