摘　　要：潍坊工程职业学院努力建设体现新时代特色、高职特色、传统特色的校园文化,形成了“四轮驱动,多元协同”的文化育人模式。融通精工实做的企业文化、续活态传承的非遗文化、弘扬正品塑行的传统文化、开展感恩主题的孝德文化、践行传承道技的工匠文化、打造凝心铸魂的军营文化、厚植培诚明德的书院文化、传承不忘初心的红色文化,八个方面相辅相成,在文化育人实践中取得了良好成效,为培养优秀的高素质技术技能型人才提供了精神动力和文化支撑。Weifang Engineering Vocational College has made great efforts to build a campus culture that reflects the characteristics of the new era,higher vocational education and traditional characteristics,and has formed a cultural education mode of“four wheel drive,multiple coordination”.It provides spiritual impetus and cultural support for cultivating excellent high-quality technical and skilled talents.
