摘 要:急性乳腺炎是乳腺科门诊的常见高发病,中医治疗急性乳腺炎的方法多样,疗效显著。急性乳腺炎是乳房疾病学习中的重点和难点之一。传统的教学方式强调教师自身为中心,应用灌输式的教学方法,学生往往处于被动状态,难以调动学习积极性,不利于锻炼学生独立思考、解决问题的能力。在急性乳腺炎临床带教中应用合适的教学方法以提高教学效果尤为重要。在急性乳腺炎临床实习带教中联合应用以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)、以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)、以团队为导向的教学(team-based learning,TBL),配合多媒体教学,以学生为中心,以问题为导向,以案例为切入点,以合作达促进,能激发学生学习动机,培养学生的综合分析能力、临床思维能力、沟通能力、语言表达能力和团队协作能力,应用效果较好。Acute mastitis is a common disease in the outpatient department of mammary gland.It is one of the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of mammary gland diseases.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods are diverse,the curative effect is significant.Traditional teaching methods emphasize that teachers themselves are the center,the application of indoctrination teaching method,students are often in a passive state,it is difficult to mobilize the enthusiasm of learning,not conducive to exercise students’ independent thinking,problem-solving ability.Acute mastitis is one of the key and difficult points in breast disease study.It is particularly important to apply appropriate teaching methods in clinical teaching of acute mastitis to improve the teaching effect.The problem based learning(PBL),case based learning(CBL) and team based learning(TBL) were jointly applied in the clinical practice teaching of acute mastitis,take the student as the center,problem oriented,with cases as the breakthrough point,to up to promote cooperation,can stimulate the students’ learning motivation,To cultivate students’ comprehensive analysis ability,clinical thinking ability,communication ability,language expression ability and teamwork ability,the application effect is good.
