摘 要:目的 探索以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)和以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)两者相结合的教学模式在糖尿病专科护士临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年8月—2021年8月在武汉大学人民医院内分泌科进行糖尿病专科护士培训的60名护士为研究对象,将护士分为两组:对照组采用传统的以授课为导向的学习(lecture-based learning,LBL)教学方式授课,试验组采用PBL联合CBL教学模式授课;两组同时进行理论、技能操作考试,并采用湖北省糖尿病专科护士培训班临床教学基地教学质量满意度调查表调查护士对教学的满意度。结果试验组的理论考试和技能考试成绩均高于对照组,且试验组对教学满意度的评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用PBL与CBL两者相结合的教学模式能提高糖尿病专科护士的教学质量。Objective To explore the effect of combination of problem-based learning(PBL) and case-based learning(CBL) in clinical nursing teaching of diabetes specialist nurses. Methods A total of 60 nurses who were trained as diabetes specialist nurses in the department of endocrinology,Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from August 2020to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Nurses were divided into two groups: the control group used traditional lecture-based learning(LBL) teaching method,while the experimental group used PBL combined with CBL teaching mode. The two groups were tested in theory and skill operation at the same time, and the teaching quality satisfaction questionnaire of the clinical teaching base of the training class for diabetes specialist nurses in Hubei province was used to investigate the nurses’ satisfaction with teaching. Results The scores of theory test and skill test in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of teaching satisfaction in the experimental group were higher, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined teaching mode of PBL and CBL can improve the teaching quality of diabetes specialist nurses.
