摘  要:随着中国综合实力的不断增强,高等教育也得到快速发展,对国外学生的吸引力逐渐提升,到中国寻求高等教育的来华留学生的数量逐年递增,来自“一带一路”沿线国家的留学生增加更为显著。留学生教育对培养“一带一路”建设所需的知华友华爱华的人力资源、提高中国影响力有着不可估量的作用。这些来华留学生到中国学习时的适应状况如何,该从哪些方面去改善他们的跨文化适应,需要更多更深入的调查研究。该文通过问卷调查的方式,从心理适应、社会文化适应、教学适应三方面度量和分析来华留学生的跨文化适应状况,并探索影响他们适应的多种因素,最后从个体、学校、政府三个层面提出可行的建议。With the continuous development of China's comprehensive strength,more and more oversea students are attracted to choose China as their study place.In addition,the trend seems enhanced and the number is increased since B&R proposed.Education for international students acts as a key importance in cultivating human resources who will know,befriend and love China,which will improve China's influence.This paper studies the issue of cross-cultural adaptation which includes psychological adaptation,social-cultural adaptation and teaching adaptation for international students from those countries alongside B&R in one university and explores the influencing factors with questionnaire survey.In terms of these findings,some suggestions are put forward from three levels,i.e.individual,school and government,which would be useful in improving their adaptation.
