国外中学生辍学预防与干预的经验及其启示

摘　　要：预防辍学是世界性的教育难题。通过文献回顾发现,国外对中学生辍学预防和干预措施主要有五个方面:提高最低离校年龄、建立辍学风险监测预警系统、学业发展辅导、职业发展指导、心理辅导。这些措施对我国控辍保学工作具有重要启示和借鉴意义。Prevention of dropout is a worldwide education problem. After reviewing previous literatures, this paper found that foreign researchers had proposed several measures regarding prevention and intervention of dropping out of middle school students. The main measures included five aspects: raising the minimum school-leaving age, establishing a warning and monitoring system for early school leavers, providing academic development guidance, conducting career development guidance, and psychological counseling and instruction. These foreign experiences provide important enlightenments on the Chinese preventing dropout and ensuring compulsory education works.
