摘 要:采用问卷调查法、半结构化访谈法基于“输入—过程—输出—发展”(InputProcess-Output-Development,IPOD)框架,对我国工程类专业学位博士教育质量进行评价。分析发现,复杂的生源背景导致工程博士产生多样化的教育需求,但当前培养单位缺乏对工程博士培养方案的定制化探索以及对各培养环节的制度完善,这造成工程博士教育供给不能有效匹配工程博士生的职业能力需求,工程博士生多样化的教育需求无法得到满足,进而造成工程博士教育社会认可度与毕业生忠诚度双低的困境。基于上述问题,本研究从聚焦受教育群体需求,凸显专业学位职业性、实践性特色,探索多样化定制化培养方案,优化培养环节制度设计及校企协同育人机制、完善工程博士教育质量保障体系等方面提出改进建议。In this study, questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview method are used to evaluate the education quality of Doctor-of-Engineering programs in China based on the “Input-Process-Output-Development”(IPOD) framework. It is found that the complex background of students leads to the diversified education needs of engineering doctoral students, but universities lack the exploration of customized programs for engineering doctoral students and a complete system of training links. As a result, the supply of Doctor-of-Engineering programs cannot effectively match the professional ability demand of engineering doctoral students, and the diversified education demand of engineering doctoral students cannot be met, which leads to the predicament of low social recognition of engineering doctoral education and low loyalty of graduates. In view of these problems, the authors suggest that universities should focus on the needs of the educated, highlight the professional and practical characteristics of specialized degrees, explore diversified and customized training programs, optimize the system of training links and the mechanism of collaborated university–industry education, and improve the quality assurance system for Doctor-of-Engineering programs.
