摘　　要：对于岗位胜任能力而言主要是处于相应的工作岗位、文化氛围、组织环境条件中,可以根据岗位实际需求情况加以胜任,同时在满足岗位需求基础上可以作出较好的成绩,表现出较为优异的能力与综合素养。现阶段,对于外科医师的培训工作任务工作量极大,难以提升规培生学习效率,PDCA联合CBL模式的教学法,对岗位胜任能力教学实践进行重点关注,对力量、人文素养、专业技能等进行有机融合,对于培养时代需求综合科学人才具有积极作用。For the job competency is mainly in the corresponding work position,cultural atmosphere,organizational environment conditions,can be competent according to the actual needs of the position.At the same time,on the basis of meeting the needs of the position,can make better results,showing a more excellent ability and comprehensive quality.At the present stage,the workload of the training task for surgeons is extremely heavy,and it is difficult to improve the learning efficiency of the training students.The teaching method of PDCA combined with CBL mode,which focuses on the teaching practice of job competence and the organic integration of strength,humanistic literacy and professional skills,has a positive effect on the cultivation of comprehensive scientific talents required by the times.
