新时期高职院校化工专业面临的发展困境及解决路径

摘　　要：文章分析了高职院校化工专业发展中面临的问题以及主要症结,提出了解决问题的关键在于加强化工专业内涵建设的思路,通过精准制定专业人才培养方案、加强专业师资队伍建设、深化多方联合办学、科学整合课程教学内容、充分发挥信息化技术优势及相关制度政策的出台和完善,多措并举,从而突破专业发展的瓶颈,提升专业办学的魅力和人才培养的质量。The problems and causes in the development of chemical engineering specialty are analyzed in the paper.It puts forward that the key to solve the problems is to strengthen the connotation construction of chemi⁃cal engineering specialty.In order to break through the bottleneck of professional development and improve the charm of professional education and the quality of talent training,various measures are taken through formulating accurate professional talents’training plan,strengthening the construction of professional teaching staff,deepen⁃ing multi-party joint education,scientifically integrating curriculum teaching content,giving full play to the advan⁃tages of information technology,and introducing and improving relevant institutional policies.
