摘 要:师范教育人才培养质量亟待提升。倡导质量持续改进的师范类专业认证可为之提供参考。基于20份专业认证现场考察报告提供的反馈信息,通过描述统计分析和归纳主题分析,发现西部地区师范教育在学会反思、课程评价、实践教学、管理评价、持续发展、内部监控、持续改进等七个认证指标中存在典型问题;具体表现为:学会反思有“要求”缺“训练”、课程评价多“鉴定”少“达成”、实践教学有“实践”无“课程”、管理评价重“管理”轻“标准”、持续发展有“队伍”无“分类”、内部监控强“监督”弱“控制”、持续改进重“结果”轻“应用”。师范类专业需要针对指标存在的问题,通过探索反思性教学、注重课程评价的内外一致性、推进实践教学课程化建设、开发表现性评价量规、构建教师教育共同体、开展师范生学情调查、提升教师的评价能力等方式,回应专业认证的要求,持续提升师范生的人才培养质量。Thequality of personnel training in normal education needs to be improved urgently. The normal professional certification advocating continuous quality improvement can provide reference for the improvement.Based on the feedback information provided by 20 professional certification on-site investigation reports, through frequency analysis and inductive theme analysis, it is found that there are many problems in the seven indicators, learning reflection has “requirements” without “training”, curriculum evaluation has “identification” without “achievement”, practical teaching has “practice” without “curriculum”, management evaluation has “management” without “standards”, sustainable development has “team” without “classification”, internal monitoring has “supervision” without “control”, Continuous Quality Improvement has “results” without “application”. Therefore, it is suggested that normal majors should take actions to respond to the requirements of professional certification and continuously improve the quality of personnel training of normal students, including exploring reflective teaching, paying attention to the internal and external consistency of curriculum evaluation, promoting the curriculum construction of practical teaching, developing performance evaluation rubrics, building teacher education community, conducting survey of normal students’ learning situation, and improving teachers’ evaluation ability.
