研究生教育阶段师生关系异化的新制度主义审视

摘　　要：近年来,研究生教育阶段师生关系的异化现象正在成为国内教育界关注的问题。借助新制度主义视角进行分析可以发现,研究生培养过程中影响师生关系的因素主要包括作为管制性因素的“政策规约”、作为规范性因素的“社会期待”、作为文化—认知性因素的“生存情境”等三个方面。因此,可以通过优化关涉研究生的管理政策、纠偏社会期待中的价值导向、加强研究生培养过程中的文化重建,以便有针对性地和解研究生教育阶段师生关系的异化现象。In recent years, the alienation of teacher-student relationship in the stage of postgraduate education is becoming a concern in domestic education field. From the perspective of the New Institutionalism, it can be found that the factors affecting the relationship between teachers and students in the process of postgraduate training mainly include “policy statute” as a regulatory factor, “social expectation” as a normative factor, and “survival situation” as a cultural-cognitive factor. Therefore, we can solve the alienation of teacher-student relationship in the stage of postgraduate education by optimizing the management policies concerning graduate students, correcting the value orientation in social expectations, and strengthening the cultural reconstruction in the process of postgraduate training.
