摘 要:目的 研究WebQuest联合讲授式教学(LBL)教学模式在甲状腺外科护理带教中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年2月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院甲状腺外科实习的84名护生为研究对象,依据随机双盲的原则进行分组,均分为对照组和研究组,每组42人。对照组采用LBL教学模式,研究组采用WebQuest联合LBL教学模式,实习期为3个月。实习结束时进行专业理论知识、临床护理技能及综合知识考试,比较两组教学效果、教学满意度以及专家教学评分。结果研究组考核成绩、教学效果评分、教学满意度、专家教学模式评分均明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.001)。结论 甲状腺外科护理带教过程中采用WebQuest联合LBL教学模式可有效提高实习护生对理论知识和临床护理技能的掌握程度,提高护生综合素质,培养护生自主学习能力和解决问题能力,护生满意度较高,专家认可度也较高,值得在临床带教中推广。Objective To study the application effect of WebQuest combined teaching mode Lecture-Basecl Learning(LBL) in nursing teaching of thyroid surgery.Methods From January 2020 to February 2022,84 nursing students who practiced in Thyroid Surgery Department of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of random unknown.They were equally divided into the compared group and the research group,with 42 in each group.The compared group was adopted the LBL teaching mode,while the research group was adopted the WebQuest combined LBL teaching mode,and the internship period was 3 months.At the end of the internship,professional theoretical knowledge,clinical nursing skills and comprehensive knowledge were examined to compare the teaching effects,as well as teaching satisfaction and expert teaching scores of the two groups.Results The scores of teaching effect,teaching satisfaction and expert teaching mode in the study group were significantly higher than those in the compared group.Significant differences were showed between two groups(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of WebQuest combined with LBL teaching mode in nursing teaching of thyroid surgery can effectively improve nursing students degree of theoretical knowledge and clinical nursing skills,improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students,as well as cultivate their ability to learn and solve problems independently.Nursing students and experts are satisfied with the mode.It is worth promoting in clinical teaching.
