摘　　要：探讨迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)结合影子教学(SE)模式在综合外科护理带教中的应用效果。研究表明,MiniCEX结合SE教学模式用于综合外科护理实习带教,可以显著改善护理教学效果,提升护生的理论知识水平、操作能力和教学满意度,同时能帮助带教教师获得更好的教学效能感,值得进一步推广普及。To explore the application effect of Mini-CEX combined with shadow teaching(SE)in nursing teaching of comprehensive surgery.The research shows that Mini CEX combined with SE teaching mode can significantly improve the teaching effect of comprehensive surgical nursing practice,improve the theoretical knowledge level,operation ability and teaching satisfaction of nursing students,and help teachers to obtain a better sense of teaching efficacy,which is worthy of further popularization.
