摘  要:在加快构建现代职业教育体系的大环境下,针对高水平专业群教学团队的建设与发展建立新型高效教学质量定量评价体系,对避免传统教学质量评价的主观片面性,同时完善激励机制和平等竞争机制,促进教师与时俱进更新教学手段,有效提高教学质量,都具有重要的现实意义。通过引入层次分析法和模糊数学评价模型,并结合机电一体化技术高水平专业群教学团队教学工作的各方面内容,设置科学合理权重的评价指标,融合督导评价、同行评价、在校生评价、企业评价和在线数据评价等,形成高等职业教育教学质量定量综合评价体系,使评价结果更趋合理。Under the background of accelerating the construction of modern vocational education system,it is of great practical significance to establish a new and efficient quantitative evaluation system of teaching quality for the construction and development of teaching teams of high-level specialty cluster,which can avoid the subjective one-sidedness of traditional teaching quality evaluation,improve the incentive mechanism and equal competition mechanism,promote teachers to update teaching methods with the times,and effectively upgrade teaching quality.By introducing the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics evaluation method,combined with the teaching work of the high-level specialty cluster teaching team of mechatronics technology,a scientific and reasonable weight evaluation index is set.It combines supervision evaluation,peer evaluation,student evaluation,enterprise evaluation and online data evaluation to form a quantitative comprehensive evaluation system of teaching quality in higher vocational education,which makes the evaluation results more reasonable.
