摘 要:在职业教育高质量发展背景下,我国各地人才培养和产业需求脱节现象依然突出,产教融合效果不理想、绩效低下等问题仍普遍存在。由于在组织性质、组织结构、组织功能三个方面存在原生差异,学校与企业组织目标难以同向、管理方式难以对接、组织文化难以互融、行动逻辑难以一致,主体运作与组织结构分离,产教融合面临难以逾越的组织障碍。为有效克服产教融合的组织障碍,应切实推进学校组织结构创新,促进企业角色转换,构建产教利益共同体,实现产教系统的“三个衔接”。Under the background of promoting high-quality development of vocational education, the phenomenon of disconnection between talents training and industrial demand in all parts of China is still prominent, and the unsatisfactory effects of industry-education integration and low performance are still widespread. Due to the original differences in organizational nature, organizational structure and organizational function, it is difficult for schools and enterprises to have the same organizational goals, management methods, organizational culture and action logic, and the main operation and organizational structure are separated, the industry-education integration faces insurmountable organizational obstacles. In order to effectively overcome the organizational obstacles of industry-education integration, it is necessary to effectively promote the innovation of school organizational structure, promote the transformation of enterprise roles, build a community of interests of industry and education, and realize the“three connections”of the industry and education system.
